When NW-POS first discussed the Casio QT-6100 system with us I was very hesitant to try something new. Once I learned all that a new system could do and was confident that it would work for me, I made the purchase of two Casio QT-6100 stations and a kitchen video display system. WOW, am I glad I did! What an improvement!

These are just a few of the advantages I’ve noticed so far:

 

1. NW-POS was able to program the system to adapt to the way I run my business rather than me having to adapt to a new system.

2. Improved order-takjng process, I estimate that it has saved a minimum of 2 minutes on each order and in the fast food business, fast times are very important to our customers.

3. Complete reporting of everything sold. Before I thought I knew what was being sold, but now I know exactly what is being sold and can make sound decisions about what menu items are selling and which are not.

4. The time clock feature has saved me on payroll expenses.

5. The Casio makes it easier to train new employees. Orders are more accurate, customers are charged the correct amount, there is little to no confusion between cashier, the cook and the customer; which is resulting in better customer service and satisfaction.

 

Many other advantages exist, but I just wanted to say how happy we are with our Casio system. It has allowed us to focus more on our business.  We went from an outdated cash register system to a state of the art computerized system, so the advantages are great. But I even see advantages in our Casio QT-6100 system over some systems being used by large chain restaurants; this was made clear to me on a recent vacation when we visited other fast food restaurants. 

 

I feel this system has given me an advantage in the competitive fast food business.

Greenbriar Inn & Catering

 

We have been using The Aldelo POS System since June, 2008 for our full service bar and restaurant. The system and support staff has exceeded our expectations. The process of installing the system was quick and effortless with NW-POS’s technical staff. The system was programmed with basic information before the install, which gave us valuable time to learn and adjust the system to meet our needs. As Bookkeeper, the reports have been thorough and given me the necessary information to keep track of all aspects of the operating costs of the restaurant.

As all wait staff clocks in and out thru the POS system, Payroll efficiency has been outstanding. We also use the system for all aspects of our business; catering, lodging and wildberry products. 
Having the credit card system integrated has made life easier for me to reconcile and make the daily deposits to our Quick Books system efficiently. We are very satisfied with all aspects of the Aldelo POS System and will be adding to it in the future. We highly recommend NW-POS!!!!
